By using CDK CARGO CARE’s services, including scheduling, shipping, or receiving deliveries, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
CDK CARGO CARE offers courier and delivery services for businesses and individuals, including same-day, scheduled, and specialized freight services. All services are subject to availability and capacity.

3. Shipment Restrictions
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, live animals, or items restricted by law. CDK CARGO CARE reserves the right to refuse any package at our discretion.

4. Delivery Times & Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, CDK CARGO CARE is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Liability
CDK CARGO CARE is not liable for:
Items improperly packaged by the sender
Delays due to incorrect delivery information
Loss or damage exceeding the declared value or coverage limits
Maximum liability per package is limited to $100 unless additional insurance is purchased.

6. Fees & Payments
All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed prior to service. Payment is due upon booking unless other terms are agreed upon. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within one hour of scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for missed deliveries caused by inaccurate customer information.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete pickup/delivery details
Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
Proper packaging and labeling of items

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
